On May 16, 2023 Arnold Schwarzenegger was on stage again together with Federal President Alexander Van der Bellen to host the annual climate conference Austrian World Summit in Vienna. It is the centerpiece of the Schwarzenegger Climate Initiative. Over the years, the Austrian World Summit has grown to be one of the largest climate conferences in the world with millions of viewers from around the globe. Nearly 4,500 guests from over 100 countries have been inspired by around 300 speakers from politics, business, science and civil society.

In addition, on May 17, 2023, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Monika Langthaler opened the Austrian World Summit Solutions Hub in Asparn an der Zaya. The new center on the historic estate in the Weinviertel region of Lower Austria will become a hub for climate protection where people will be able to network throughout the year and present concrete solutions for a clean future.
