On October 24, 2024, the Austrian Consul General in Los Angeles, Michael Postl, together with Honorary Consul Hikmet Ersek, was invited by Governor Mark Gordon and First Lady Jennie Gordon to a delightful lunch at the Governor's Residence in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

The meal featured classic Austrian specialties such as Schnitzel, Goulash, and Sachertorte, offering a true taste of Austria's rich culinary heritage. This gathering was not only a celebration of Austrian cuisine, but also a meaningful opportunity to discuss our shared values and strengthen the bond between our communities.
