The Austrian Embassy is happy to announce the reopening of the Honorary Consulate in New Orleans! Jean Paul Lagarde was appointed by the Austrian Federal President as Austria’s Honorary Consul in New Orleans with jurisdiction for Louisiana and Mississippi.
